Policy
Effective from 30 April 2026. Prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.
The legally binding version of this policy is the Hungarian original. This English translation is provided for convenience.

2. Scope, purpose and legal basis
When you submit the enquiry form on stmanagement.hu, we process the following personal data:
- Full name — to contact and address you
- Email address — to send our reply or quote
- Phone number (optional) — for follow-up by phone, if you request
- Company name (optional) — for business enquiries
- Service of interest and message — to prepare a quote
- IP address and timestamp — abuse prevention and technical logging
Purpose of processing: to provide the requested information, prepare an offer, and stay in touch.
Legal basis: your voluntary consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the form and ticking the related checkbox.
3. Retention period
We retain the data for 12 months following the assessment of your enquiry, so it remains available for any later follow-up. After that, the data is deleted, unless a contractual relationship is established — in which case processing is governed by the contract and the applicable accounting and tax laws.
You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@stmanagement.hu.
4. Data processors
We use the following service providers to process your data:
- Rackhost Zrt. (6722 Szeged, Tisza Lajos krt. 41, Hungary) — web hosting and email service
- Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics (anonymised, only with your consent)
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not transfer it outside the EEA.
5. Cookies
The site uses functional cookies and — with your explicit consent — statistical cookies. You can choose whether to accept cookies via the banner at the bottom of the page. You can change your choice at any time through your browser settings.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Information — to know what data we process about you
- Access — to request a copy of the data we hold
- Rectification — to have inaccurate data corrected
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — to request deletion of your data
- Restriction — to request restriction of processing
- Portability — to receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — to withdraw your consent at any time
